You want someone who has business understanding and can keep up with what you’re talking about. Ideally someone with some semblance of intellect where you don'‘t get frustrated by having to explain things. I am definitely not a fluffy coach who can’t keep up with the times and gives outdated advice from 1995.

👩🏻‍💼 Diversity.

I’m an Asian Female Woman of Color from an immigrant family who has operated in a primarily male dominated, white environment. With that, I understand there’s a lot of personal and intergenerational unwinding and unlearning that needs to happen in order to get to the next level. I don’t really have any other words for this except that I f*cking get it.

Commonly Asked Questions

How often do we meet?

We will meeet between 2-3 times a month. We will find and nail down a standing meeting time.

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts for 50 mninutes and will be conducted over Zoom.

Why 5-6 months?

While you'll start seeing change within the first session, to maintain change and momentum, it takes consistency and dedication over time. A 5-6 month time period will allow for more change and transformation to unfold, and allow us to better track your progress.

What are the next steps?

Complete the intake form, and then we will find a time to connect. After our consultation call, I will send over some paperwork, including an kick-off questionnaire. Then we hop on our first kick off call.

Do you offer one off sessions?
